Tell us what motivates you every day on your way to the agency?
What motivates me in my job as a DMC is, above all, the diversity and creativity it demands. Every day, I face new challenges, new projects, and specific needs from our clients, which pushes me to be both responsive and innovative. The ability to create unique experiences, blending culture, history, and local activities, allows me to fully express my passion for Ireland.
This job also enables me to meet people from all walks of life and build strong relationships with our local partners. I love seeing the satisfaction and wonder on visitors’ faces when they discover a place, they wouldn’t have been able to organize on their own. It’s this ability to showcase the authenticity of a destination that gives me the greatest satisfaction.
In summary, what motivates me in my job as a DMC is this combination of creativity, human connection, and cultural exchange, which makes each day unique and full of discoveries.

What is your area of expertise about Scotland?
Passionate about Celtic countries from a young age, I am dedicated to sharing Irish culture and joy of life. With my experience in French tourism agencies, I understand our clients’ expectations while adapting to the local culture. The Irish way to work is “do not stress for nothing, there is always a solution”, which allows us to approach my life in a different way.

How do you live out your passion for Scotland on a daily basis?
Passionate about cultural activities, music, and outdoor adventures, Ireland is the perfect playground, offering all these experiences within a small area. What I particularly love about Dublin is the ability to spend a day by the sea in Howth, and the next day, enjoy the fresh air in the Wicklow Mountains. Here, whether it's in the sunshine or even in the rain, people always come together to share warm moments. This is how I live my passion for Ireland every day.
